Mrs. Messer began her teaching career in Nevada, IA in 1999. From there she substitute taught in Sergeant Bluff, IA while her children were young. In 2006 she moved into the North Scott school district where she taught preschool aged children until 2011. In 2011 Mrs. Messer, her husband and 2 sons joined the Bobcats at Western Dubuque where she began as a preschool/transitional kindergarten teacher. In 2016 she made a switch and began teaching kindergarten at Farley Elementary.
In her spare time, Mrs. Messer enjoys shopping, running, and spending time with her family and friends.
