Other Information:

Mrs. Rios grew up in Storm Lake, Iowa and is a graduate of Storm Lake High School. Mrs. Rios coached youth and high school swimming for nine years before moving to the Dubuque area. In her free time she enjoys being outdoors, reading, and spending time with famiy and friends.
