Our Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is made up of parents, guardians, teachers and school staff who ultimately have 1 common goal; to improve the educational lives in our children. The PTO provides services, fundraisers, and other activities throughout the year in hopes to bring school families and students together.
We are committed to helping parents understand the importance of supporting their children in school activities. In fact, studies have shown that more involvement by parents equated to higher achievement by their children.
Listed below are just some of the items and events the PTO has been able to provide with help from donations from the community and FES families.
*$6000 in books to expand the elementary library
*Classroom supplies
*Portable PA system
*Field trips
*Drinks/snacks for various school events
*Teacher Appreciation Meals
*Playground equipment including the new Gaga Ball Pit
*New family Picnics
*Projection screen
*Food for teachers/staff during conference week
*Movie nights
We personally invite you to become an involved member at Farley Elementary and with your help, we can strengthen the home to school connection. We also hope you will join us for our monthly PTO meetings which are held in the conference room at school. Thank you for showing your child the importance you place on their education.
