Creating a Portal Account for parents/guardians with students currently enrolled or had students who were enrolled at WDCSD.
If you have a student who is currently attending Western Dubuque Schools, or you have had a student who attended Western Dubuque Schools in the past, you should have received an email that contains your Portal Activation Key. If your email has changed and you have not updated your email, you may not have received an email containing the Key. If this is the case, call 563-744-3885 ext. 6030 and request your Key. You will be asked to update your email at that time, also.
When you have your Portal Activation Key, go to
https://campus.wdbqschools.org/campus/portal/west_dubuque.jsp and click the link that says "
click here" that is found to the right of the text "
If you have been assigned a Campus Portal Activation Key". You will be asked to enter your Portal Activation Key in the spaces provided and then click
Submit (see below).
Enter the requested information in the window that appears. Once you have entered the information and submitted it, make sure you keep track of the Username and Password that you created. You will be able to use the Portal to view information about your student(s) during the school year and keep up on his or her academic progress* (grades, assignments, etc.), attendance, and notifications.
