The PreK class had a surprise visitor on Wednesday, December 14. The class was having a gingerbread-themed day and doing activities such as measuring how many gingerbread men it took to match their height. Mrs. Gravel and Mrs. Diller even dressed up in gingerbread men costumes for part of the day. The class had baked gingerbread cookies and decorated them to have for their morning snack. They left the room for a short time and when they returned, their cookies were gone and a clue had been left behind to try to catch the Gingerbread Man! The clue led the class on a Scavenger Hunt around the school. Each new clue led the class to another place but the Gingerbread Man was just too fast and they could never catch up to him. The final clue led them back to their classroom where they found their treats but the Gingerbread Man had disappeared. The students kept an eye out for him but no one saw him the rest of the day.
