Veteran's Day
On Friday, November 11, Bernard Elementary held a Veteran's Day Assembly to honor and thank our veterans for their service. 3rd grade students read poems about veterans and the sacrifices they and their families made to serve our country. All of the students gave the veterans Thank You cards they had made themselves. After the assembly, the veterans, students, staff, and guests enjoyed juice and cookies provided by the PTO.
