Online Registration for All Families
Our online registration process is underway! This process is required for ALL families and allows you to make changes to your student’s school information in an easy to use online format. Through your use of this online format, your information is saved directly to the district’s student information system (Campus Parent Portal). This will save you time when registering your student in the future, be able to make changes to medical information and emergency contacts, and make changes to the information that helps us stay in contact with you.
 
One benefit of the online registration process is that almost all of the forms that have been required in the past are integrated into the registration process. You will not need to enter your name, address, phone numbers, etc. multiple times or drop the documents off at your student’s school. You can complete the registration process wherever you have internet availability as well as having the ability to complete the information at your own speed.
 
If you completed the online registration process last year, you will see another benefit of the system this year: most of the information you entered last year is already populated for you! Simply review the information, complete any required fields that request your completion, and change ALL date fields to the current date. It takes much less time to complete the process once you have previously been through it.
 
If you are a returning family (someone in your family has been a student in the district), click on the green Portal button on the district’s website home page (http://wdbqschools.org/). Enter your assigned Username and Password and you will begin the registration process. If you have forgotten your Username and/or Password, send an email to [email protected] or [email protected] and your login information will be sent to you as soon as possible. Instructions and tips about using the online registration system can be found on the red Register button on the district’s website home page. It is strongly recommended that you go to this web page and read the information in the grid since changes accessing the Online Registration will take place after June 29th. 
 
If you are new to the district and have never had a student attend a school in the district, click the red Register button on the district’s website home page (http://www.wdbqschools.org/) and click the blue “New Families to the District” link. Then, read all instructions and begin registering your student(s).
 
ALL families who have students who will be attending Western Dubuque Schools for the 2019-2020 school year must register their students using the online registration system. If you do not have a device to use for the registration process, computers will be available at each school during its registration time in August. If you do not have a valid email account, one is required to complete the registration process. Instructions that will guide you through the process of creating an email account are at http://www.wdbqschools.org/Registration.aspx.
