Tip Tuesday
It is important for parents to have high expectations for their students' academic achievement. But it is just as critical for students to have high expectations for themselves. Encourage your teens to envision their future and set short- and long-term goals. Help them develop their talents, and focus on what they can do, rather than on what they can't. If they hit a setback, ask, "What can you do differently next time?"
