Self-care is the practice of protecting and improving your physical and mental health. Self-care is like any other healthy habit—if you want to reap the full benefits. It includes anything you do on a regular basis to keep a healthy, balanced lifestyle such as: getting enough sleep, maintaining good personal hygiene, eating a nutritional diet, or engaging in exercise or a relaxing activity. Take time for yourself, you are worth it!
A reminder for grades 9 thru 11 to turn in their computers to their Cougar Time teacher on Thursday, May 26th and JH on Tuesday, May 24th.
