I am passionate about the Western Dubuque Community School District and am honored to be able to serve both the students and the adults within our district.  It is a great joy of my wife, Christy, and I to raise our five kids in the Bobcat Nation.  I enjoy learning about leadership, new strategies, relationships, growth mindset, and any other topics that help me in my quest to become the best version of myself. 

 

 In the summer of 2016 I attended a NAESP Conference and went to a session on podcasting.  After that I was inspired to create a podcast that was fun, engaging, and able to provide usable content. Thus, the ICC Podcast was formed and has been highlighting great things that are happening in education.
