Thank you for dropping by my webpage.  I am a Physical Education/Strength and Conditioning Instructor at Western Dubuque High School.  We provide a variety of classes to meet all students needs including:  9-10/11-12 Physical Education, Strength and Conditioning, Personal Wellness, and Early Bird Strength and Conditioning.  I also serve as the Head Boy's Track and Field coach as well as the Fall and Winter after school Strength and Conditioning Coach.  I am incredibly passionate about teaching students to reach their highest potential and beyond!
