Pre-K Registration - Dyersville Elementary
Program Options:
Preschool –
- We currently offer a free 3-day preschool program (Monday – Wednesday)
- We also offer a 4-day program (Monday – Thursday) for a monthly charge of $130 for the fourth day
- Children must be 4 years of age on or before September 15
Transitional Kindergarten –
- The Transitional kindergarten program is offered (Monday – Friday) at Epworth Elementary and Peosta Elementary
Kindergarten –
- Our kindergarten program is all day, every day
- Children must be 5 years of age on or before September 15
Nursing and Health Forms:
- Certificate of Immunization – prior to school starting (PK, K)
- Health Assessment Record/Physical (PK, K)
- Certificate of Dental Screening (submit once PK or K)
- Student Vision Screening (optional but preferred K)
Before and After School Programming:
- After school program provided on site by St. Mark Youth Enrichment. Call 563-582-6211 to register or for further information
- Optional 7:35 a.m. drop off for students needing breakfast
*Birth certificate needed prior to the start of school
Registering for Prekindergarten (PreK) or Kindergarten (K): - Go to District Home Page www.wdbqschools.org
- Scroll down about halfway through the homepage and click on the Red “Register” icon
- Click on” New Family” if you have never had a child enrolled in any Western Dubuque School OR Click on “Returning Family” if you have had a student enrolled at any time previously or currently enrolled in a Western Dubuque school.
- Complete the online registration process as directed.
