Good Afternoon:
We wanted to let you know that there will be two COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics being held in our district in the coming weeks. These clinics are not sponsored by the school district; we are simply allowing outside healthcare providers to use our facilities to host the clinics outside of the regular school day. There will be more clinics scheduled but the details have not been finalized yet.
The clinics are open to anyone from the age of 5 and up and the vaccinations are free. The first clinic will be held on Saturday, November 27th, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 in the gym at Epworth Elementary School. The second shot follow-up for this date will be on Saturday, December 18th, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 at the same location.
The second vaccination clinic will be held on Tuesday, November 30th, from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the gym at Peosta Elementary School. The second shot follow-up for this date will be on Tuesday, December 21st, from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
