Mission: WDCSD implements a systematic and sequential counseling program that encompasses academic, career, and social-emotional development for all students. The program is built with advocacy, leadership, and collaboration to develop individuals through lasting education and opportunities.

Academic Services: Academic advising, student data analysis, four year planning, registration, scheduling, academic awards recognition, new student orientation, grade level transitioning, academic lessons, and standardized testing.

Social-Emotional Services: Individual counseling, small group counseling, peer conflict resolution, universal SEL lessons, at-risk programming, crisis counseling, consultation, referrals, and collaboration.
