Principal's Corner
My name is Ethan Lensch. 2024 is my first year as high school principal at Western Dubuque! I live in Dyersville with my wife, Heidi, and our four children: Quinn, Lennox, Elliot, and Anders.
I have been in education for eleven years. I have been a high school principal, AD, alternative school teacher/ at-risk coordinator, and classroom teacher. I attended Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa, and received my Bachelor of Arts in Education. After a few years of teaching, I attended Drake University and received my Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Administration, I continue to attend Drake University as I pursue my PhD in Education.
This is an extraordinary and unique place, and I am very excited to be part of the Bobcat family here at WDHS!
