Homeschool Assistance Program
Recognizing the value of educational alternatives outside the formal public school system, the Board authorizes the establishment of a Homeschool Assistance Program. This program supports students receiving competent private instruction by providing licensed school district employees to assist parents, guardians, or legal custodians in the education of their students.
Parents, guardians, or legal custodians enrolling in the Homeschool Assistance Program must agree to comply with the requirements established by the program's faculty.
Students registered in the Homeschool Assistance Program will be included in the basic enrollment count.
The superintendent is responsible for developing administrative regulations regarding this policy.
