Congratulations to Western Dubuque graduate Quentin Nauman on being named The Gazette's 2026 Male Athlete of the Year! ❤️🖤

Quentin leaves an incredible legacy as Iowa's most accomplished high school distance runner, capturing 10 state track championships, two state cross country titles, and rewriting the record books along the way. His dedication, humility, and sportsmanship have inspired athletes across the state.

We can't wait to see what's next as Quentin continues his running career at the University of Oregon. Once a Bobcat, always a Bobcat. Congratulations, Quentin!
