The Western Dubuque Weekend Backpack Food Drive is coming up on Saturday, October 10, from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Silker’s.
Donations of individually sized, kid friendly food items will help provide meals and snacks for Western Dubuque elementary students who need a little extra support over the weekend.
A big thank you to the Western Dubuque Lions Club and Epworth United Methodist Church for organizing this effort and supporting our students and families! ❤️🖤

Students with May or June birthdays are invited to bring a special guest for breakfast today! Donuts and juice will be served starting at 7:45.

Our field day was filled with a lot of water, fun and friendly competition. Students also had the opportunity to play at the splash pad!





Monday is hat day! All students are allowed to wear a hat for the day!
Tuesday is wear red day!

We have kicked off field trip season for Farley Elementary students. Each of our field trips is made possible by our PTO. We appreciate their support in providing these learning opportunities for our students outside of the classroom:
1st grade visited Prairie Farms, 911 Call Center & Miracle Park
4th grade toured the caves at Maquoketa Caves
5th grade navigated the courses at Four Mounds
