Fall Play Auditions for “Where Words Once Were” will take place tomorrow, Sept 9th from 3:35-5:30 & Sept 11th from 6-8 p.m. Sign up on the Auditorium door for one ten-minute slot. Auditions will take place in the auditorium.First read-through will be Sept 16th at 6 p.m. Fall Play crew: sign-up on the Auditorium door. WANT TO GET INVOLVED – Join Student Council as a representative this school year. Meetings once a month during Bobcat Period in the old gym. Help bring ideas and make plans for all the activities going on all year long. This is open to all grades. Forms can be found in the main office and are due back by Wednesday, September 10th.
Attention Juniors & Seniors – Powder Puff will be held the Monday of Homecoming week. T-shirts for the Powder Puff games can now be ordered. Scan the QR code on flyers posted around the school. The store to order shirts closes September 10th at midnight. The signup to play on a team is outside of Mrs. Ostwinkle’s room (215) – make sure to get signed up!
Student Council Reps & Officers – There will be a meeting Friday, September 12th during Bobcat Period in the OLD GYM. We will be discussing Homecoming plans.

A representative from Northwest Iowa Community College in Sheldon, IA will be available today during lunch in the cafeteria. If you're interested in learning more about what they have to offer, feel free to stop by and chat with the representative. This is a great opportunity to ask questions and explore your options!
There will be an FCCLA meeting in Mrs. Marleys room 103 on Friday September 12. We will discuss what FCCLA is, opportunities for you, and identify individuals who may want a leadership role. Please see Ms. Marley if you have questions, otherwise we will see you all Friday the 12th.
Attention all wrestlers: open mats will now be on Tuesday mornings from 6:30-7:30 am. If you have questions, please see Mr. Cleary.
Recycling is starting up and we are asking everyone to put their recycling bins outside their class at the start of 4th period on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The bins will be labeled, one will be for cans and bottles and the other will be for paper and cardboard. Also, please make sure you are emptying out cans and bottles before putting them in the recycling bin.
