Second graders at Dyersville Elementary created and explored different growing patterns during math class. Through hands-on activities, they strengthened their understanding of sequencing, problem-solving, and number relationships. 🔢




Dyersville Elementary 5th graders creatively designed their own Valentine’s Day boxes, and judges selected the top three winners. Students also participated in Valentine’s Day-themed minute-to-win-it challenges as a fun classroom incentive.

Our School Board had the opportunity to hear from Cascade High School student leaders during last week’s building visit. Their presentation highlighted mentoring, school culture initiatives, community outreach, and the skills they are building through real-world leadership experiences.

Dyersville Elementary 3rd graders are busy in science, dissecting owl pellets to learn more about food chains and animal habitats. This activity helps students sharpen their observation skills and discover what owls eat in the wild. 🦉
