Cascade Jr/Sr High School Leadership class spent time learning to recognize the strengths of others in this team building activity of kite flying. Students who had never flown a kite before had to take the lead, while the others could support only from miming instructions from afar, assisting without speaking, or providing verbal directions. Students then recognized how they played a role that wasn't their strength but recognized how it might be someone else's. #CHSCougs #wdbqschools
