The attached flyer shows instructions for registering your child(ren). Reminder, JH softball & baseball includes current grades 6-7, while high school is 8-12.
Please remember that registrations are valid for the current school year and will need to be renewed annually for every activity they participate in. Students cannot practice until the registration process has been completed.

Congratulations to our Cougar wrestlers on qualifying for state! Bryce Carroll (138) took 1st, Brock Morris (132) and Kalvin Manternach (150) finished 2nd respectively. They travel to DSM on Wednesday and compete in the afternoon session. Go Cougars go!


Districts Wrestling Update!!
For those fans traveling to MFL Mar Mac tomorrow for boys districts wrestling, there has been a time change. Doors open at 11:00 AM, with the meet to begin at 12:30 PM! Go Cougars!!

Recently, four students from Cascade Junior High School participated in the MATHCOUNTS Competition at Washington Middle School in Dubuque led by TAG teacher, Molly Recker. Competing were: Tate Andrews, Brennan Fischer, Tatum Honda, and Caden Severns. #chscougs #wdbqschools

We celebrated important moments in Cougar country tonight as the basketball teams paired up with Beckman Catholic for a coaches vs cancer event. On the court, senior Molly Roling reached the 1,000 pt milestone and head Coach Mike Sconsa earned his 400th career win. Go Cougars!





Tonight, Cascade Coach Mike Sconsa, won his 400th game. Coach Sconsa began coaching in the 04-05 season and has 12 conference championships and 10 state playoff appearances. His 2009 team was state runner-up while his 2018 team were state champions! #chscougs #wdbqschools
