The 7th grade students at Drexler Middle School have recently been making a project or an invention for the 7th grade science fair. The purpose of this is to let them use the science skills and methods they have learned, improve a product, or create a new invention. For their project or invention, they need a testable question, the variables they used, materials and equipment , their procedure, the data, the conclusion, and the reflection. #drexlerms #wdbqschools

Drexler Middle School leadership class created a competition for DMS Bobcat Time classes to bring in the most toiletries for our bobcat community in need. This will impact our Bobcat Family by providing students with resources that they may not have access to at home. Good hygiene is important for middle school students for both physical and mental health, also to help them feel more comfortable and confident when at school and in public. Some of the things that the students were able to bring in are brand new hygiene products like toothbrushes, soaps, etc. The bobcat time that brings in the most items get the choice of a pizza party or doughnuts!
