🏀 MaRcH MaDnEsS WeEk at DMS wrapped up with a fan favorite today — the Student vs. Staff Basketball Game! 🐾
Our students and staff had a blast battling it out on the court to close out a fun week. There were some impressive moves, maybe a few questionable calls and definitely some great shots made. Ultimately, the staff came out on top with the winning score of 32-31! The gym was full of energy, laughter, and plenty of Bobcat spirit as everyone cheered on their teams! Thank you to all of the staff who participated and to our students for bringing the excitement. It was a great way to celebrate together and end the week on a high note! #drexlerms #wdbqschools

Congratulations to the DMS students who participated in the Math Counts competition at Washington Middle School in Dubuque on Saturday, February 21, 2026. In the individual competition, Ellie Auderer and Owen Paisley were among the top ten individuals and advanced to the Countdown Round. Owen has been offered an invitation to the Math Counts state competition in Des Moines at the end of March. The official DMS team of Ellie Auderer, Jack Neumeister, Owen Paisley, and Greyson Schroeder took second place. Thank you to all the students who participated.
